Yobe State University (YSU) has approved a one-week extension for late registration for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The approval was communicated in a notice issued by the Office of the Registrar dated 13 February 2026.

 New Late Registration Dates

• Start: Monday, 16 February 2026
  
• End: Saturday, 21 February 2026
  

This extended window gives affected students additional time to finalize their registration.

 Who This Applies To

The extension covers:

•  New (fresh) students
  
•  Returning students
  

Any student who has not completed registration is expected to take advantage of this final opportunity.

 Important Reminder

YSU has clearly stated that:

• Registration must be completed within the extended period.
  
• No further extension will be granted after Saturday, 21 February 2026.
  

Students are strongly advised to complete all required steps before the portal closes to avoid academic penalties or examination restrictions.
