Vision University has officially announced the release of its Provisional Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session. All candidates who participated in the recently concluded admission screening exercise are advised to check their admission status online through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
This update marks a significant step in the admission process as successful candidates can now confirm their admission, while others are encouraged to monitor their status regularly as updates continue.
How to Check Vision University Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
Follow these steps carefully to verify your admission:
- Visit the JAMB CAPS portal: https://www.jamb.gov.ng/Efacility.
- Log in using your registered email address and password.
- Select ‘Check Admission Status’ from the available options.
- Click on ‘Access my CAPS’ to view your dashboard.
- Select ‘Admission Status’ to see if you have been offered admission.
If admitted, your details alongside a congratulatory message will appear on your screen. However, if your status displays “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted,” do not panic your status may still change as the admission process progresses.
Accepting or Rejecting Your Admission
Once an offer is made, candidates must take immediate action by sending ACCEPT or REJECT as an SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to their JAMB profile. Those who no longer have access to their registered numbers should visit a JAMB-accredited centre for assistance.
It is important to note that candidates have a limited time to accept their admission offer. Failure to act within the stipulated period may result in forfeiture of the admission. After acceptance, candidates should print their JAMB Admission Letter, as it will be required during clearance and school registration.
