 Official Guidelines for Newly Admitted Candidates

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Upload O’Level Results:
   Candidates must upload their WAEC/NECO results on the JAMB portal via any approved CBT centre. Admission processing will not continue for candidates who fail to complete this step.
   
2. Change of Course (if applicable):
   Those admitted into different programmes must change their course on JAMB CAPS to match the new recommendation before proceeding with acceptance.
   
3. Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS:
   Log in to the JAMB Portal and click “Accept Admission” under CAPS. Failure to do so means the admission will not be recognized officially.
   
4. Generate UNN Payment Invoice:
   Visit www.unn.edu.ng or unnportal.edu.ng to generate a payment invoice with a Remita number.
   
5. Pay Acceptance Fee:
   Pay ₦30,000 at any commercial bank or UNN Microfinance Bank. Ensure all invoice details are entered correctly, and obtain your confirmation slip.
   
6. Print Admission Slip and Acceptance Form:
   Log back into the UNN portal to print your admission slip and complete the acceptance form.
   
7. Proceed with Full Registration:
   After paying the acceptance fee, continue with other payments and registration steps as stated on the official UNN portal.
   
8. Note:
   All admissions remain provisional pending verification of credentials. Any discrepancies discovered later will result in withdrawal of the admission offer.
