OSPOLY Iree Reiterates Acceptance Fee Deadline for 2025/2026 Admitted Students

OSPOLY

Osun State Polytechnic, Iree (OSPOLY), has issued a fresh reminder to all newly admitted ND and HND candidates to complete the payment of their acceptance fee on or before Friday, 19 December 2025. This reminder follows a management review which revealed that many admitted students are yet to complete this crucial step of their enrolment.

Revised Update for Newly Admitted ND & HND Candidates

A follow-up memo, signed by the Registrar, Abiodun O. Oloyede, and dated 3 December 2025, confirmed that the institution revisited its earlier announcement released on 31 October 2025. The review showed that several candidates listed for the 2025/2026 academic session still have incomplete acceptance fee records.

The polytechnic is therefore re-emphasising the payment deadline to avoid confusion and to ensure that every admitted student is aware of the implications of delaying payment.

Deadline Remains Unchanged

OSPOLY made it clear that the 19 December 2025 deadline stands, and there will be no extension.

Any National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) candidate who fails to pay the acceptance fee by the stipulated date will forfeit the provisional admission. Once this happens, the affected admission slot will be offered to qualified candidates on the waiting list.

Registrar’s Message to Admitted Students

The Registrar urged all admitted students to take this reminder seriously and act promptly. Paying the acceptance fee is the first official step in securing a place in the institution. Completing this early helps the school update student records, streamline documentation, and prepare effectively for the upcoming academic session.
