The Management of Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), Okitipupa, has officially confirmed the commencement of First Semester examinations for the 2025/2026 academic session.

This was communicated via an internal memorandum from the Office of the Registrar on February 13, 2026, signed by Ayobamidele P. Akindehinde, Principal Assistant Registrar, on behalf of the school Registrar.

 Examination Schedule

• Start Date: Monday, 16 February 2026
  
• Duration: As per course timetables (students must consult official notices)
  

The exams begin following completion of lecture weeks and revision periods.

 Administrative Directives for Staff

1. Prompt Attendance: All invigilators, supervisors, and departmental staff must report to venues ahead of schedule.
   
2. Coordination: Question papers, answer booklets, and attendance monitoring are organized in collaboration with Faculty Deans.
   
3. Integrity Enforcement: Strict adherence to OAUSTECH examination regulations to prevent academic malpractice.

 Guidelines for Students

• Timetable Verification: Check departmental notice boards and the university’s digital portals for the final, approved timetable.
  
• Examination Clearance: Only registered students with minimum attendance are allowed. Students must carry validated Course Registration Forms and University ID Cards.
  
• Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, unauthorized notes, and programmable calculators (unless allowed) are strictly banned.
  
• Venue Arrival: Arrive at least 30 minutes before exam start for verification procedures.

 Special Notes

• Some courses may involve Computer-Based Testing (CBT) or practical/lab assessments.
  
• Students experiencing registration or portal issues should visit the ICT Center or their Faculty Officer immediately.
