How to Check NSUK Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
All UTME and Direct Entry candidates must first confirm their admission through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). Follow the steps below:
1️ Visit the JAMB CAPS portal https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng
2️ Log in using your registered email and password
3️ Select “Check Admission Status”
4️ Click on “Access my CAPS”
5️ Tap “Admission Status” to confirm if you have been offered a provisional slot
If admitted, your name and programme will appear with a congratulatory message
If not yet admitted, don’t panic more batches are expected
How to Accept or Reject Your Admission
Once an admission offer appears, you must respond quickly:
Send ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to:
55019 or 66019
(Use the phone number linked to your JAMB profile)
Note: You have a window of 4 weeks to accept the offer. Failure to do so may lead to automatic forfeiture.
Candidates without access to their registered phone number are advised to visit any JAMB-accredited CBT centre for assistance.
After Accepting Admission, What Next?

Here are the important next steps:
1 Print your JAMB Admission Letter (colored copy recommended)
2 Print your UTME Result Slip
3 Follow NSUK guidelines for school fees payment and registration
4 Proceed to your faculty/department for physical screening and documentation
