Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, has commenced the sale of admission forms for its consultancy diploma programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. The programmes are coordinated by the Centre for Academic Resources and Training (CART) and are structured to equip participants with practical skills and industry-relevant knowledge.

The initiative expands access to professional education, targeting individuals interested in developing competencies in fields such as health sciences, law, information technology, and public administration.

Available Diploma Programmes

Prospective applicants can apply for newly introduced and continuing diploma courses, including:

• Diploma in Public Health
• Diploma in Shari’a and Common Law
• Diploma in Tropical Health and Disease Control
• Diploma in Cyber Security
• Diploma in Software Engineering

The Centre also maintains other established consultancy diploma options such as Data Science, Computer Science, Public Administration, and Animal Health, among others.

These programmes are designed to combine theoretical instruction with applied training to meet current labour market demands.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

• Possess at least four (4) credit passes in relevant subjects.
• Results must be obtained from recognized examination bodies such as WAEC, NECO, GCE, SSCE, or NABTEB.
• The credited subjects must align with the chosen programme (for example, science-based subjects for health and technology courses).

Application Fees

The cost of application varies slightly depending on the category:

• Degree Programmes – ₦5,000
• Diploma Programmes – ₦5,000
• Pre-Degree Programmes – ₦5,000
• IJMB Programme – ₦7,000

All fees are non-refundable.
