Kogi State University, Kabba (KSUK) has officially released the detailed registration guide for all candidates admitted into the 2025/2026 academic session. This step-by-step instruction is designed for both UTME (100-Level) and Direct Entry students who have been offered provisional admission into the university.

Whether you are just resuming or preparing ahead, this guide will help you complete your acceptance, screening, and documentation processes smoothly without unnecessary delays.

 How to Complete KSUK Registration: Step-by-Step

 1️ Log in to the KSUK Student Portal

Go to the official website: www.ksukabba.edu.ng
Click New Student and enter your JAMB Registration Number to access your personal portal.

 2️ Pay Acceptance Fee & School Fees

• Acceptance Fee:

₦10,000 — Indigenes

₦20,000 — Non-Indigenes

• Pay using the Remita platform and print your receipt.
  
• Proceed to pay your school fees as stated on the portal — then print the receipt as well.
  

Tip: Save both receipts in multiple copies, you will need them several times.

 3️ Submit Your Admission Documents

Present the following to the Admissions Office for confirmation:

• Post-UTME acknowledgement slip
  
• JAMB Admission Letter (Institution’s copy)
  

 4️ Screening Form Collection

Visit the Registration Desk to collect your personalised screening form, fill it neatly and correctly.

 5️ Payment Verification at Bursary

Submit your screening form with:

• ₦2,000 Post-UTME screening fee receipt
  
• Acceptance fee receipt
  
• School fees receipt
  

 Registration cannot proceed without full school fee payment.

 6️ Faculty Registration & Document Verification

Take the items below to your Faculty Officer:

• Certified screening form
  
• Two passport photographs
  
• Photocopies of your O’Level result(s)
  
• UTME result slip
  
• Certificate of State of Origin
  
• Birth Certificate/Age Declaration

 Bring original copies for sighting.

 7️ Biometric Data Capture at ICT Centre

This step activates your details on the KSUK database, without it, you are not recognized as a student officially.

 8️ Meet Your Academic Adviser

Visit your department to complete course registration and receive guidance on academic requirements.
