KASU Releases Schedule for Physical Screening
Kaduna State University (KASU) has issued an important update to all candidates who recently received provisional admission through JAMB for the 2025/2026 academic year. The university has directed all newly admitted students to participate in a compulsory physical screening and document verification exercise at the main campus. This notice highlights the steps candidates must follow and the documents required for a smooth screening process.
Screening Dates and Venue
The physical screening exercise is scheduled to run from Tuesday, 9 December to Friday, 19 December 2025.
Daily screening will be conducted from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the 1000-Seat Auditorium, Kaduna Campus, located along Tafawa Balewa Way.
All admitted candidates must appear within the specified dates to avoid any issues with their admission status.
Mandatory Online Steps Before Coming for Screening
Before arriving on campus, each candidate is required to complete an online update on the SAFapply Post-UTME portal. Follow the steps below:
- Visit the SAFapply portal at applicant.safapply.com/kasu.
- Log in and open your dashboard.
- Click Edit Application.
- Navigate to the Document Upload section.
- Upload your JAMB Admission Letter.
- Click Submit to save your update.
- Print your Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip, which must be presented during screening.
Documents Required for the Physical Screening
Candidates must bring the original and two photocopies of each of the items listed below:
- JAMB Admission Letter (from JAMB CAPS)
- JAMB Original Result Slip
- O’Level result (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent)
- Valid scratch card for verifying submitted O’Level results
- Two copies of the printed online O’Level result from the exam body’s portal
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Primary School Leaving Certificate
- Local Government of Origin / Indigene Certificate
- Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip (from SAFapply)
- NIN Slip
