Kaduna State University (KASU) has released a firm directive to applicants who were offered provisional admission for the 2025/2026 academic year through JAMB. The institution has confirmed that all verification and enrollment procedures must be concluded by Friday, January 23, 2026.
University officials have made it clear that any candidate who does not complete the process within the approved window will lose their admission automatically, as the deadline will not be shifted.
When and Where to Report
All candidates are required to appear in person according to the details below:
- Day: Friday, January 23, 2026
- Daily Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Admissions and Records Directorate, KASU Main Campus
Online Actions to Complete Before Arrival
Before heading to campus, applicants must finalize a short digital confirmation process on the university’s SAF admission platform.
Steps to Follow:
- Sign in to the KASU SAF portal using your login details.
- Open your profile and select Application Update.
- Locate the File Upload section.
- Add a scanned copy of your JAMB Admission Letter.
- Review the file and save your changes.
- Download and print the Confirmation Slip for presentation at the venue.
Reminder: Candidates who arrive without the printed confirmation slip may not be attended to.

- JAMB Admission Letter (original copy)
- JAMB Result Printout
- Senior Secondary Certificate Results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or equivalent)
- Scratch card for online result verification
- Two printed copies of the verified O’Level result
- Birth record or sworn age statement
- Primary School Certificate
- Proof of Local Government of Origin
- Printed Confirmation Slip from the SAF portal
- National Identification Number (NIN) slip
