Kano State Polytechnic Announces 2025/2026 Physical Admission Screening

The management of Kano State Polytechnic (KANOPOLY) has officially announced the commencement of the 2025/2026 physical admission screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into its Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE Technical) programmes.

The screening exercise is scheduled to begin on Thursday, November 13, 2025, by 10:00 a.m. at the Academic Department, Central Administration, BUK Road, Kano.

 Screening Schedule

• Date: Thursday, November 13, 2025
  
• Time: 10:00 a.m. prompt
  
• Venue: Academic Department, Central Administration, BUK Road, Kano
  

Please note that the screening will continue every Wednesday and Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., until all eligible candidates have been attended to.

 Required Documents for Screening

All applicants are required to appear in person with the following documents for verification:

1. Declaration of Age or Birth Certificate
   
2. National Identification Number (NIN) Slip
   
3. O’Level Result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
   
4. JAMB Registration Slip
   
5. JAMB Result Printout
   
6. Change of Institution Slip (Green Card)
   
7. Evidence of O’Level Upload on JAMB Portal
   
8. Two (2) Copies of the Kano Poly Screening Slip
   

Ensure that all documents are neatly arranged and complete before arriving at the venue.

 Important Instructions

• The screening will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
• Candidates must write their attendance upon arrival and wait for their roll call.
  
• All participants are expected to dress decently, conduct themselves maturely, and comply with all screening guidelines.
  

Failure to follow the rules or present valid documents may result in disqualification.
