The Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE) has announced the sale of its Supplementary Post-UTME Screening Form for the 2025/2026 academic session. This presents a valuable opportunity for candidates who either missed the initial screening exercise or recently switched their institution of choice to FUPRE.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are eligible to apply if they:
- Scored 170 and above in the 2025 UTME.
- Selected FUPRE as their first choice or have successfully changed their institution to FUPRE.
- Possess at least five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.
Direct Entry applicants must present qualifications recognised by NUC, NBTE, or NCCE. Note: Admission is not available for Administration and Management Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Petroleum Chemistry.

FUPRE offers diverse undergraduate programmes across five colleges:
- Sciences (B.Sc.): Chemistry, Physics, Statistics, Geology, Petroleum Chemistry, Microbiology.
- Engineering & Technology (B.Eng.): Petroleum, Mechanical, Marine, Civil, Computer Engineering.
- Maritime & Offshore Studies (B.Sc.): Maritime Transport, Maritime Economics & Finance.
- Computing (B.Sc.): Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Data Science.
- Petroleum Administration & Management (B.Sc.): Logistics, Procurement, Petroleum Information, Entrepreneurship.

- Visit utme.fupre.edu.ng.
- Generate an invoice and pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 via the Unified Payments Platform.
- Enter your JAMB registration number and complete the form.
- Create a secure password using your JAMB-linked phone number.
- Submit the application and print the confirmation slip.
