The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE), Bayelsa State, invites suitable candidates to apply for the Direct Entry (DE) admission screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. All interested candidates are advised to carefully read the guidelines below before proceeding with their application.
Eligibility for FUOTUOKE Direct Entry Screening
Candidates eligible to apply include:
- Those who selected Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2025 JAMB DE.
- Candidates who possess NCE, OND, HND, First Degree, or A’Level results in relevant disciplines.
- Applicants who meet the O’Level requirements for their chosen programmes.
- Candidates who did not initially choose FUOTUOKE but are interested must complete a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal and select FUOTUOKE as their first choice.
How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Direct Entry Screening
- Visit the FUOTUOKE application portal http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.
- Make a non-refundable payment of N2,000 using a valid Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit card.
- Complete the online application form carefully.
- Upload all required documents (see list below).
Note: Use a valid email address and phone number, as FUOTUOKE will not be responsible for failed applications due to incorrect contact details.
Documents Required for FUOTUOKE DE Screening
Applicants are expected to upload the following documents in the correct format:
- Recent passport photograph (JPG)
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level result (PDF)
- Birth certificate or declaration of age (PDF)
- Local Government Area identification (PDF)
- NCE/OND/HND/First Degree/A’Level certificate (PDF)
- Academic transcript (PDF)
Screening Date & Deadline
- Application Opens: Wednesday, 17th September 2025
- Deadline for Submission: Tuesday, 23rd September 2025
- The actual screening date and schedule will be available on the applicant’s printout after completing the form.
