The Federal University of Education, Zaria (FUEZ) has officially released the approved academic timetable for the 2025/2026 NCE Part-Time programme. The calendar provides a detailed breakdown of academic activities for both semesters, including registration periods, lecture blocks, public holidays, examinations, and the mandatory Teaching Practice for NCE IV students.

This release allows part-time students to plan work, family commitments, and studies effectively throughout the session.

First Semester Activities

Registration and Holiday Break

The session starts with registration for returning students before the end-of-year holidays.

• Returning Students’ Registration:
  8 December – 19 December 2025 (2 weeks)
  
• Christmas and New Year Break:
  22 December 2025 – 2 January 2026 (2 weeks)
  

First Lecture Phase

Lectures for the first semester begin early in January.

• First Segment Lectures:
  9 January – 28 February 2026 (8 weeks)
  

First Segment Examinations (Education & Others)

Examinations are conducted in stages, with breaks in between.

• Exam Phase One:
  6 March – 14 March 2026 (2 weeks)
