FUAHSE Postgraduate Admission Form for 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu (FUAHSE) invites qualified candidates to apply for admission into its School of Postgraduate Studies for the 2025/2026 academic session. Successful applicants will be offered admission into Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), Master of Science (M.Sc), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D), and Doctor of Social Work (DSW) programmes.

Admission Requirements

• PGD: Minimum CGPA of 2.5
  
• M.Sc: Minimum CGPA of 3.0
  
• Ph.D & DSW: Minimum CGPA of 3.5
  

Method of Application

1. Visit the official FUAHSE website
   
2. Click on Online Application Forms > Postgraduate Application Form
   
3. Enter your phone number and click Proceed
   
4. Fill in the required details and submit to generate an invoice
   
5. Pay via bank or online using the generated RRR number
   
6. Return to the portal to complete your application
   
7. Submit the completed form online and print out the evidence for admission processing
   

Application Fee: ₦25,000 only

• Application Opens: 15th August, 2025
  
• Closing Date: 15th November, 2025
