The management of Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, has officially announced the release of the 2025/2026 academic session admission list. This announcement is for all candidates who participated in the recently concluded admission screening exercise and have been eagerly awaiting the outcome of their application.
The admission list has now been made available online through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). This move ensures that candidates can easily access and confirm their admission status from anywhere, using either a mobile device or computer.
How to Check Federal Poly Nekede Admission Status
To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS, follow the steps below:
- Visit the official JAMB CAPS portal via https://www.jamb.gov.ng/Efacility.
- Log in using the email address and password linked to your JAMB profile.
- Click on “Check Admission Status.”
- Select “Access my CAPS” to open your admission dashboard.
- Click on “Admission Status” to view your admission decision.
Candidates who have been offered admission should proceed to either accept or reject their offer by sending ACCEPT or REJECT as an SMS to 55019 or 66019, using the phone number registered with JAMB.
For those whose status currently displays “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted,” it is important to keep checking regularly as updates are made in batches.
Once you accept your admission, you are advised to visit the school’s admission portal (when activated) to complete further registration processes, including payment of the acceptance fee, clearance, and other necessary documentation.
