Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) has confirmed arrangements for its 45th matriculation ceremony. The announcement includes the official ceremony date, orientation schedule for new students, and details of approved gown and matriculation fees.

The university’s 45th matriculation ceremony is scheduled to hold on:

All newly admitted students are expected to participate in the event as it formally marks their induction into the university community.

Orientation Programme for Fresh Students

As part of the matriculation activities, ESUT will organize a two-day orientation programme to prepare new students for academic life on campus.

Attendance is important, as students will receive guidance on university policies, academic expectations, and other essential information.

Approved Fees for Academic Gowns and Matriculation Packages

The university has released the following charges:

Academic Gown Hire

• Undergraduate students – ₦10,000
  
• Postgraduate students – ₦15,000
  

Matriculation Package

• ₦5,000 (applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate students)
  

Students are advised to confirm their category before making payment to avoid errors.

Payment Procedure for Fresh Students

All newly admitted students must complete payment through the official ESUT student portal. The process is as follows:

1. Log in to the ESUT student portal.
   
2. Select “Sundry Fees” to generate an invoice for the academic gown and matriculation package.
   
3. Take the generated invoice to any commercial bank to complete the payment.
   

Students are strongly advised to generate the invoice first before proceeding to the bank, as failure to follow the outlined steps may cause payment issues.
