SAZU Mop-Up Undergraduate Admission List & Screening Notice, 2025/2026

The Sa’adu Zungur University (SAZU)  formerly known as Bauchi State University  has officially released the mop-up list of candidates who have been provisionally offered admission into various undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

This announcement marks another opportunity for prospective students who may have missed earlier admission rounds to secure a place at one of Northern Nigeria’s growing academic institutions.

 Physical Screening Details

All shortlisted candidates who are yet to undergo physical screening are hereby informed that the screening exercise  covering all admission batches  will take place as follows:

  • Commencement Date: Thursday, 6th November 2025
  • Closing Date: Friday, 14th November 2025
  • Venue: At the respective SAZU campuses where the candidates’ programmes are domiciled.

 Requirements for SAZU Physical Screening

All shortlisted candidates are required to bring both originals and photocopies of the following documents for verification during the screening exercise:

  1. Computer printout of SSCE result
  2. JAMB result slip
  3. Online screening form
  4. Recent passport photograph
  5. Scratch card for O’Level verification (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)

Important:

  • Candidates must upload their O’Level results on the JAMB portal via any JAMB-accredited CBT centre before attending the screening.
  • After successful screening, candidates should wait 2–3 days and then visit the JAMB portal to accept and print their JAMB admission letters.
  • Only those who have accepted their admission on the JAMB CAPS will be able to access the SAZU Admission Portal via https://basug.admissions.cloud/.
