The management of the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi (FPTB) has officially announced the release of the First and Second Batch Admission Lists for candidates admitted into the Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

All prospective students who applied for admission into any of the polytechnic’s ND or HND programmes are hereby advised to check their admission status immediately on the school’s official portal.

 How to Check Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Admission Status

To check your admission status, carefully follow the steps below:

1. Visit the official Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Admission Portal  https://portal.fptb.edu.ng/admissions/checkList
   
2. Select Academic Year: 2025/2026
   
3. Enter your Applicant Name or Application Number
   
4. Choose your Department and Level of Study (ND or HND)
   
5. Click on “Display List” to view your admission status
   

 Next Steps for Admitted Candidates

Once your name appears on the list, you are required to:

• Print your admission letter from the portal.
  
• Proceed with payment of acceptance fees as directed.
  
• Complete all registration formalities before the deadline provided by the institution.
  

Failure to do so within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of admission.

Candidates are reminded to check both the First and Second Batch lists as some names may appear in the second batch.
