Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Releases ND Supplementary Admission List for 2025/2026 Session

The management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has officially released the ND Supplementary Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session. This latest update confirms that additional candidates have been successfully admitted through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) portal.

 How to Check Akwa Ibom State Poly ND Supplementary Admission List 2025/2026

All candidates who applied for admission into the National Diploma (ND) programmes at Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic are advised to check their admission status immediately. The full list of admitted candidates has been published and can be accessed via the institution’s official admission page.

Candidates whose names appear on the list have been offered provisional admission into their chosen programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

 Steps to Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS

Admitted candidates must log in to the JAMB CAPS portal to accept their admission offer before proceeding with clearance and registration. Failure to accept the offer within the specified time frame may lead to automatic forfeiture of the admission slot.

Steps to follow:

  1. Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng
  2. Log in with your JAMB email and password
  3. Select Admission Status
  4. Click on Accept Admission to confirm your offer

 Payment of Acceptance Fee

After accepting the admission offer, successful candidates should visit the Polytechnic’s official portal  https://portal.akwaibompoly.edu.ng to generate an invoice and pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦15,000 only.

Payment begins on Friday, October 31, 2025, at exactly 12:00 pm. Candidates are advised not to make payments to individuals, agents, or POS operators, and to avoid sending money through unofficial channels. All payments must be made strictly via the school’s portal using a valid Remita invoice.

 Screening and Registration Guidelines

Once payment is completed, candidates should proceed to their respective departments with:

  • Original JAMB admission letter
  • O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
  • Birth certificate or age declaration
  • Payment receipt for acceptance fee
  • Any other relevant credentials

These documents will be verified during the departmental screening and registration process.

 Important Notice

The Polytechnic management warns candidates not to pay money to anyone for admission assistance or processing. All transactions must be carried out through the official portal or designated school offices only.

Candidates are also encouraged to remain patient as more supplementary lists are expected to be released soon.
