Payment Procedures for New ND 1 Students
Students who have already paid their acceptance fee are required to follow these next steps:
- Pay tuition and accommodation fees through the Akwa Ibom State Government Internally Generated Revenue (AKSIGR) platform, using two separate tellers.
- Meet with the Home Sister of the specific campus for hostel clearance before making accommodation payments to avoid paying without an allocated bed space.
- Payments may be done fully or per semester, depending on the student’s financial preference.
- Other charges are processed on the new fee portal, while tuition and accommodation payments remain strictly on AKSIGR.
- The payment portal will be open from 1st to 15th December 2025. Any payment made after this period will attract a ₦20,000 late registration fee.
- Students needing assistance are advised to visit the Accounts Unit for support.
Revised Fees and New Instructions for Returning Students
The management has announced a review of returning students’ school fees for the 2025/2026 academic session. A major change is the integration of the former examination fee into the general school fees, meaning students will no longer pay exam fees separately each semester.
This adjustment also supports the introduction of customised examination answer booklets, replacing the old practice of using foolscap sheets. According to the college, the move will improve examination uniformity, enhance documentation, and promote better academic management.
Returning students who were earlier instructed to pause payment are now expected to proceed with the updated fee schedule. They are advised to contact the Accounts Unit for clarification if needed.
