Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has released a reminder to all newly admitted students, outlining the compulsory steps required to complete their enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The institution emphasized that every admitted candidate must follow the procedures carefully to ensure their names are fully captured in the school’s registration records.

Step-by-Step Enrollment Guide for Newly Admitted Students

1. Payment of Acceptance Fee
All admitted candidates are to visit any of the designated banks to pay the acceptance fee of ₦15,000.

2. Departmental Screening
After payment, students must report to their respective departments with the proof of payment for screening.

3. Clearance for Fee Payment
Once the screening is successfully completed, the department will issue formal approval (authority to pay) for the payment of school fees.

4. Payment of School and Departmental Fees
Students should proceed to the approved banks to pay both the school fees and departmental charges. Evidence of payment must then be submitted to the Head of Department (HOD).

5. Issuance of Registration Number
Upon confirmation that all required payments have been completed, the HOD will issue each student a Registration Number, officially completing their enrollment.
