All candidates who participated in the screening exercise are hereby informed that they can now check their admission status through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

Follow the steps below to confirm your admission:
- Go to the JAMB e-Facility Portal.
- Log in using your registered email address and password.
- Click on “Check Admission Status.”
- Select “Access my CAPS.”
- Click on “Admission Status” to see if you have been offered admission.
Important Information for Candidates:
- If admitted, proceed to accept or reject your admission by sending ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
- If your status shows “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted”, keep checking regularly, as the admission list is updated frequently.
Next Steps After Admission
- Print your JAMB Admission Letter immediately after accepting the offer.
- Confirm the course of study as approved by JAMB.
- Await the official guidelines from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic on acceptance fee payment, clearance, and registration procedures.
