The management of Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI), wishes to notify all prospective students that the admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session has officially been released. Candidates who took part in the university’s admission screening exercise can now proceed to confirm their admission status via the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
How to Check AE-FUNAI Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
All applicants are advised to carefully follow the steps below to check their admission status:
- Visit the JAMB CAPS portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
- Log in with the email address and password linked to your JAMB profile.
- Scroll to the “Check Admission Status” section.
- Click on “Access My CAPS”.
- Select “Admission Status” to view your result.
If offered admission, you will see your details displayed alongside a congratulatory message. However, if your admission is still pending, you will receive a notification that says “Sorry, No Admission Has Been Given Yet.”
What to Do After Being Offered Admission
- Candidates who receive admission offers should Accept or Reject the offer on CAPS. This can also be done by sending ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
- Once accepted, candidates are strongly advised to print their admission letter from JAMB. This document will be required for clearance and registration at AE-FUNAI.
- Note that all admitted candidates have 4 weeks to accept their offer. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the admission.
Important Notice: Some mobile users may not see the full admission status page on CAPS. To resolve this, switch your browser to desktop mode (Google Chrome is recommended) and reload the page for a complete view.
