FUHSO Post-UTME/DE 2025: Cut-off Marks, Eligibility & Registration Guidelines

The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) invites suitably qualified candidates to register for its 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise. Registration begins on Monday, 8th September 2025, and closes on Monday, 15th September 2025. This screening exercise is open to all candidates who selected FUHSO as their first choice institution in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or via Direct Entry.

Available Programmes & Cut-off Marks

The following programmes are available for the 2025/2026 academic session:

• MBBS – Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
  
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.)
  
• B.N.Sc. – Bachelor of Nursing Science
  
• BMLS – Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science
  
• B.Sc. Public Health and Epidemiology
  
• B.Sc. Biochemistry
  
• B.Sc. Microbiology
  
• B.Sc. Computer Science
  
• B.Sc. Chemistry
  
• B.Sc. Biostatistics
  
• B.Sc. Biological Sciences
  
• B.Sc. Mathematics
  
• B.Sc. Physics
  

Candidates wishing to switch to FUHSO must process a change of institution on the JAMB portal.

Eligibility Criteria

1. UTME candidates must score a minimum of 160 and meet the programme-specific cut-off marks.
   
2. Applicants must have at least five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
   
3. All candidates must upload their O’Level results on the JAMB portal.
   
4. Direct Entry (DE) candidates must possess relevant qualifications such as MB, First Degree, HND, NCE, or OND in related fields.
   
5. DE candidates must upload their A’Level results on the JAMB portal, verified by the awarding institution.
   
6. Candidates must be 16 years or above by 30th September 2025.
   
7. Subject combinations must align with the chosen programme.
   
8. Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible to register.
   

Registration Procedure

1. Pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 via Remita in favour of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (Service/Purpose: Student Charges).
   
2. Send evidence of payment to: screeningfuhsp@gmail.com.
   
3. A registration link will be sent to your email.
   
4. Complete the online form, upload credentials and payment proof.
   
5. Verify your details and click Submit.
