
The management of the Federal University of Applied Science, Kachia, Kaduna (FUASK) has released the official admission, resumption, and registration guidelines for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session. This document contains the step-by-step procedure to help prospective students complete their registration and settle in smoothly.
All admitted candidates are strongly advised to print and keep a copy of these guidelines for reference and prepare at least five (5) copies of all their academic credentials for the clearance process.
Step 1: Confirm Your Admission
- Accept your admission on JAMB CAPS and ensure your O’level results are uploaded.
- Visit any approved JAMB CBT Centre if you need guidance.
Step 2: Access the FUASK Applicant Portal
- Log in to www.applicant.fuask.edu.ng using your application number and password created during the application process.
- Admission status checking begins Wednesday, 10th September, 2025.
Step 3: Verify Admission & Upload Documents
- Check your admission status and print your FUASK Admission Letter.
- Upload all necessary documents, including credentials and passport photograph.
Step 4: Payment of Fees
- Visit www.payments.fuask.edu.ng to pay your school fees, acceptance fee, and accommodation fee (100% payment required).
- Generate the payment RRR for each fee, make the payments online, and print your receipts.
Step 5: Physical Resumption & Registration
- Registration begins 15th September, 2025 at 8:00 AM on campus.
- Present your receipts, credentials, and support documents at the Academic Office for clearance and obtain your Academic Clearance Slip.
Step 6: Departmental & Accommodation Clearance
- Submit your credentials again at your department to get your Departmental Clearance Slip.
- Proceed to the Students’ Affairs Division for hostel accommodation processing with your clearance and accommodation receipts.
Step 7: Health Clearance & Course Registration
- Submit your medical fitness report from a government hospital at the Health Centre along with your departmental and accommodation slips.
- Course registration will be done online via your portal ensure you confirm the correct list of courses from your department.
