The Lagos State Scholarship Board (LSSB) has announced an extension of the application deadline for its 2025/2026 Bursary and Scholarship Awards.
Indigenous students of Lagos State who are currently studying in tertiary institutions across Nigeria now have more time to complete their registration. The new closing date for applications is Friday, 6th March, 2026.
This extension is intended to give eligible students who have not yet finalized their registration another opportunity to do so.
All qualified applicants are strongly encouraged to make use of this extra time and submit their applications before the new deadline. The Board has clearly stated that no additional extension will be granted after this date, and late submissions will not be accepted.
Applicants should also be aware that any issues or complaints related to the registration process must be reported before the portal closes. Once the registration window ends, the Board will not attend to complaints regarding the application process.
