The management of Kwara State College of Health Technology has announced that applications for the 2026/2027 academic session are now open. Interested candidates can complete their registration online through the institution’s admission portal.

The application process began on Monday, 23rd February 2026, and will close on Friday, 19th June 2026.

All forms must be filled and submitted online, and payments are to be made directly on the portal using a valid ATM (debit) card.

How to Apply

Applicants should follow the steps below carefully:

1. Visit the official admission portal and begin a new application.
2. Provide your:
   • Surname, First Name, and Middle Name
   • Gmail address (only Gmail accounts are accepted)
   • Active phone number
3. Check your Gmail inbox for a verification link and confirm your email address.
4. Log back into the portal to continue your application.
5. Upload a recent passport photograph with a red background (maximum size: 25KB).
6. Make payment of the appropriate application fee online:
   • ND Application – ₦15,000
   • HND Application – ₦15,000
   • Other Applications – ₦15,000
7. Print your payment receipt.
8. Complete the application form by entering your personal details, preferred course, and academic qualifications.
9. Print the following documents:
   • Payment Receipt
   • Acknowledgement/Examination Permit Slip
   • Completed Application Form
   • Referee Form

• Payments must be made personally by the applicant.
• Do not allow a third party to process payment on your behalf.
• Ensure all information provided is accurate before submission.

General Admission Requirements

ND Programmes

• Five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects, usually including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB).

HND Programmes

• Relevant ND certificate (minimum of Lower Credit)
• Official transcript
• Credits in Five (5) O’Level including English, Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry
• Completion of one-year Industrial Training (IT)
• Programme duration: Four semesters (two academic sessions)

Remedial Programme

A six-month remedial programme is available for candidates with O’Level deficiencies. Successful completion requires:

• A minimum CGPA of 2.0
• Correction of all O’Level deficiencies

Qualified candidates may then gain automatic admission into their chosen programme.
