The Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI) has officially opened its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) registration for the 2025/2026 academic session. The FUHSI management has announced an extension of the registration deadline. Initially set to close on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, the portal will now remain open until Friday, September 5, 2025.
Important: This is the final extension — late applications will not be considered.
Who Is Eligible?
You can apply if:
- FUHSI is your first-choice institution on JAMB.
- Or, you’re ready to change it to FUHSI via the JAMB portal.

- Biochemistry – 180
- Biotechnology & Molecular Biology – 180
- Doctor of Physiotherapy – 200
- Environmental Health Science – 180
- Information Technology & Health Informatics – 180
- Medical Laboratory Science – 210
- Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) – 220
- Microbiology – 180
- Nursing Science – 210
- Nutrition & Dietetics – 180
- Pharmacology – 180
- Prosthetics & Orthotics – 180
Note: For Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, and Physiotherapy, your O’level must be from a single sitting. Combinations are not accepted.
Direct Entry (DE) Requirements
- Applicants for Medicine or Nursing must have at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) in a relevant field.
- The degree must be from a recognized university.

- Read the application guidelines carefully before proceeding.
- Complete the online form with accurate details.
- Upload all required documents (O’level, DE credentials if applicable).
- Submit and keep your acknowledgment slip safe.
