Pay the generated Remita at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank.

3. Confirm Payment

Proceed to the Bursary Department for confirmation of the acceptance fee payment.

4. Print Admission Letter

After confirmation, log back into the portal to download and print your official University Admission Letter.

5. Generate Registration Fee Remita

Return to the portal and generate a Remita invoice for fresh students’ registration fees.

6. Pay Registration Fees

Make payment at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank using the generated Remita.

7. Confirm Registration Payment

Visit the Bursary Department again to confirm payment and then download and print your Course Registration Form.

8. Academic Clearance

Go to the Academic Office for clearance and documentation.

9. Faculty and Departmental Registration

After academic clearance, report to your Faculty and Department to complete the final stage of registration.
