Entry Requirements

General HND Admission Requirements

Applicants must have:
a. The SSCE/JAMB entry requirements for the corresponding ND programme (as stated in the current JAMB brochure).
b. A National Diploma (ND) with at least Lower Credit from an NBTE-accredited institution.
c. A minimum of one year of relevant industrial experience after completing the ND.
d. For the Bilingual OTM programme, candidates must contact the department for French language preparatory classes.

Requirements for Professional Diploma (URP)

Candidates must hold an HND with at least Lower Credit in Urban & Regional Planning or related fields such as Architecture or Estate Management.

Method of Application

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₦22,500 (excluding verification and transaction charges).
Payment can be made online or through designated banks. Cash payments are not accepted.

Important Instructions to Candidates

• All applicants must ensure that their ND academic transcripts are sent directly to the Registrar, Yaba College of Technology within six weeks from the publication date.
  
• Further inquiries can be made via the YABATECH website or at the Admissions Department, Room AA 01, Old Administrative Building.
  
• Applications submitted after the six-week deadline will not be processed.
