MAU Releases Schedule for Collection of Admission Letters for 2025/2026 UTME & DE Candidates

Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola has released the official timetable for the distribution of university admission letters to candidates admitted through UTME and Direct Entry for the 2025/2026 academic session.

All newly admitted students across every faculty are expected to collect the university copy of their admission letter on the date scheduled for their programme. Collection begins Monday, 1 December 2025, at the MAU Admission Office.
Candidates are strongly advised to come with all required documents to ensure a smooth and fast process.

Documents Required for Admission Letter Collection

Candidates must come with the following items neatly arranged:

  1. Two passport photographs
  2. JAMB Result Slip or DE registration printout
  3. JAMB Admission Letter (institutional-use copy and coloured copy)
  4. Photocopies of academic qualifications:
    • O’Level Result
    • Diploma Result
    • IJMB Result (where applicable)
  5. Indigene Certificate
  6. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
  7. Receipt or teller for Result Checker PINs
  8. Certificate of Fitness (original copy from a government-approved hospital)
  9. Duplicate copy of the MAU admission letter

Candidates should double-check their documents before coming to the Admission Office to avoid delays or repeated visits.
