This guide provides a simple, complete walkthrough on how to check your admission, pay your acceptance fee, complete screening, and finalize registration.

Steps to Check the FUD Admission List on the School Portal

Candidates can confirm their admission status by visiting the university’s official admission portal.

Steps:

1. Visit the FUD admission checking portal.
   
2. Log in using:
   
   • Username: Your full JAMB Registration Number
     
   • Password: State of origin (as provided during application)
     
3. Click “Admission Status” to check your offer.
   
4. If admitted, proceed immediately to the acceptance fee section.

How to Pay the FUD Admission Acceptance Fee

Once your admission status shows “Admitted,” proceed with the acceptance fee payment.

How to pay:

1. On the FUD portal, click the Acceptance Fee Payment option.
   
2. Generate an invoice containing a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
   
3. Pay the ₦2,000 acceptance fee via:
   
   • Online payment with a debit card, or
     
   • Any commercial bank in Nigeria (including FUD Microfinance Bank).
     
4. Print both the Remita payment receipt and the acceptance invoice receipt.
   These documents will be requested during screening.

Admission Steps at Federal University Dutse (FUD)

After acceptance fee confirmation, candidates must complete physical and online registration.

Visit Your Department and Faculty With:

• JAMB result slip
  
• O’Level certificate(s)
  
• Birth certificate or age declaration
  
• Local government identification
  
• Acceptance fee payment receipt
  These documents will be verified and stamped by the department or faculty.
  

Only after successful clearance can students continue with central registration.

Central Registration on the FUD Student Portal

After departmental and faculty screening:

1. Visit the FUD central registration portal.
   
2. Log in with your admission details.
   
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay school fees and other charges.
   
4. Students may carry out this step at the FUD ICT/NCC Centre for smooth processing.
   

Once done, you may proceed to course registration and other academic activities.

Registration Date for Newly Admitted Candidates

Registration officially begins on:

 Monday, December 1, 2025

All admitted candidates must:

• Report to their departments from this date
  
• Present original documents for physical screening
  
• Complete clearance before using the online registration portal
  

Failure to complete physical screening may delay your registration.

3. Click “Accept” to confirm the FUD offer.
   
4. Only click “Reject” if you are not interested in studying at FUD.
   

Print your JAMB Admission Letter afterwards.

1. Log into the JAMB Admission Letter portal.
   
2. Enter your JAMB registration details.
   
3. Pay the required fee.
   
4. Print and save both hard and soft copies.
   

You will need this letter for screening, NYSC, and other major processes.

How to Check FUD Admission Status on the JAMB e-Facility Portal

You can confirm your admission through JAMB’s e-facility platform:

Steps:

1. Log into the JAMB e-facility portal.
   
2. Scroll down and click “Check Admission Status.”
   
3. Select exam year.
   
4. Enter your JAMB registration number.
   
5. Click “Access My CAPS.”
   
6. Under “Admission Status,” check if you have been admitted to FUD.
   

If admitted, accept the offer and proceed with printing your JAMB admission letter.
