Matriculation Ceremony

• Date: Tuesday, 16 December 2025
  
• Purpose: Official matriculation for all fully registered new students
  

Final Deadline for All Payments

• Date: Friday, 28 November 2025

Submission of Matriculation List to JAMB

• Date: Tuesday, 2 December 2025
  
• Reason: JAMB requires institutions to submit matriculation lists at least two weeks before matriculation day.

Consequences of Missing the Deadline

The university has clearly stated the outcome for candidates who do not meet the payment and CAPS requirements:

• Anyone who does not pay both the acceptance and school fees by Friday, 28 November 2025 will not appear on the matriculation list.
  
• Candidates who fail to complete their CAPS acceptance or required payments will lose their admission, even if JAMB CAPS once showed “Admission Offered.”
  

This means no late payments, no grace period, and no special consideration after the deadline passes.
