The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has released an important update for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session. The university management has officially announced a change of venue for the mandatory toxicology screening exercise. Since this screening is a key requirement before full registration, every new UNILAG student must take note of the new location, dates, and daily schedule.

New UNILAG Toxicology Screening Venue
The toxicology screening will no longer take place at the Jelili Adebisi Omotola (Multipurpose) Hall.
All sessions have now been moved to the:
Nurudeen Alao (DLI) Auditorium, UNILAG
New students are expected to report directly to this auditorium on their assigned screening dates. The university will place directional signs and have officials on duty to guide candidates.
Screening Dates and Daily Time Schedule
The screening exercise will hold over a five-day period:
- Start Date: Monday, 17 November 2025
- End Date: Friday, 21 November 2025
- Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily
Students are advised to arrive early, preferably before the official start time, to avoid long queues and complete all screening stages on time.
